In October 2020, the Ministry of Public Security of P. R. China held the "JingDun-2020" Police Anti-stab Armor Challenge, which aimed to reduce the weight and thickness, enhance the softness, and improve comfort of stab proof vests, on the premise of meeting the police stab proof vest industry standard "GA68-2019". 252 products from 113 companies participated in the competition, who gathered all kinds of advanced stab resistant materials from all over the world. According to the ranking of final competition results, 57 companies were selected into "GA68-2019 A", among which the TOP 10 contestants using non-metallic stab resistant materials adopt Shenzhou material structure; 22 companies were selected into "GA68-2019 B" and the TOP 10's products all adopted Shenzhou material structure. This competition fully shows our company has accurate control over the technical data (weight, thickness, softness and anti-stab performance) of anti-stab materials. Shenzhou is far ahead of the industry and lead the stab proof materials levels in China. In China, with the help of our first generation stab proof material -- FC-1, a new bulletproof and stab proof vest has passed very strict and severe tests and came to service by China Police in 2010. After years of continuous improvements, we've developed and upgraded new generations to meet different requirements of end users.

In USA, we are supplier of Point Blank for years, the biggest supplier of U.S. Military. We co-work with H.P. WHITE to do stab resistance tests. H.P. WHITE is the first NIJ-approved test laboratory, one of the most renowed independent test laboratories for body armor.

DSM chose us as their partner in stab proof development; our material can compete with Teijin, Dupont, that all proved our technical capacity.

With the help of other cooperating test laboratories including China, Singapore, we've designed different material structures for NIJ 0115.00/UK HOSDB each level, and had suggestions for German VPAM.

Traditionally, Stab proof vests were usually made of Aluminum + foam or stiff aramid panel; they are still survived on the markets as the manufacturers/suppliers can't get good alternative soft materials. End users have to bear those heavy and non-flexible safety vests. Our FC stab proof materials are in sheet, and customizable into any shapes, soft and light, which are easily to be assembled with any kinds of clothing outer carriers. With those big brands' endorsement, we are confident to expand our stab resistant materials to more end users.

By now, we mainly introduce 4 models: FC-1S, FC-1T, FC-1Y, and FC-2. They have different density/thickness/prices to meet end users' various requirements of STAB PROOF PURPOSE, BULLETPROOF AND STAB PROOF PURPOSE.
